CEO

Lal founded ana-data in 1993. Prior to ana-data, lal led applicatoin development projects at IBM, Coopers and Lybard.Lal holds a Bachelor's in Information Systems from Sheffield Hallam University in UK and MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, USA.

Ravi Shankar

President

Ravi has over 25 years of software development experience in fields including finance, manufacturing, and business intelligence at companies large and small. Ravi has developed a uniquely broad technical skill set with various technologies and languages

Sanjeev Chauhan

COO

Sanjeev is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR Operation areas with small to mid size IT Software and Consulting Services organizations. He has worked closely with the “C” level personnel and Business Heads in Change Management

Ranjit Chauhan

HR - Operations

Ranjit has years of experience in Talent Management and HR Operations and is adept at managing employees relations, performing orientations, payroll and HR compliance. He has a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Law and is also a member of Society of Human Resource Management.

Vipul Gupta

Director - Technology

Vipul has more than a decade of experience in software engineering and development management. With financial services experience and a foundation in mission critical applications including document management systems, he brings his skill and discipline to enterprise giving them the freedom to develop as many portals, given the fact that it is a desktop app.

Pawandeep Singh

Senior Engineer - Product Development

Pawan is passionate about developiong data driven apps that give users a delightful experience. His interests lie at the intersection of Mathematics, Machine Learning and Statistics. He is currently focused on integrating Machine Learning and Big Data into new products.

It’s really the people that make Ana-Data the kind of company it is. We hire people who are smart and determined, and we favor ability over experience. Although all of us share common goals and visions for the company, we hail from all walks of life and speak dozens of languages, reflecting the global audience that we serve. And when not at work, we pursue interests ranging from cycling to beekeeping, from frisbee to foxtrot.

We strive to maintain the open culture often associated with startups, in which everyone is a hands-on contributor and feels comfortable sharing ideas and opinions. In our weekly all-hands (“TGIF”) meetings—not to mention over email or in the cafe—We ask questions directly to Lal and other execs about any number of company issues. Our offices are designed to encourage interactions between employees within and across teams, and to spark conversation about work as well as play.
